TASER battery pack status

| Data uploaded, battery pack ready and fully charged | Solid green | It is OK to use the battery pack in your device. |
| In queue awaiting upload, battery charging | Solid yellow | Wait. Do not remove the battery pack from the TASER Dock. |
| Uploading data or bay/battery pack firmware update | Blinking yellow | Wait. If the bay is empty, do not insert a battery pack into the bay. If a battery pack is in the bay, do not remove the battery pack. |
| Battery pack error | Blinking red | Remove and re-insert the battery pack. If the LED still blinks red, contact your agency administrator. |
| Log file failed to transfer from the device to the battery pack on previous attempt; battery charging * | Blinking blue and yellow | Remove the battery pack from the bay module and insert it in the device. Wait until the loading bars disappear from the Central Information Display (CID). Re-insert the battery pack in the bay module. |
| Log file failed to transfer from device to battery pack on previous attempt; battery pack ready and fully charged * | Blinking blue and green | It is OK to use the battery pack in your device. Logs from the previous weapon did not transfer to Axon Evidence. |
| Network error (no connection) | Cycling red, yellow, green | Check the network settings. |
| Other | LED off | If the bay is empty, insert a battery pack. If a battery pack is inserted in the bay and the LED is off, contact your agency administrator. |
* TASER chargers with FW >1.0.0 will have updated blue LED indications for log sync errors.
