Live Video Stream Not Working

1. Ensure that your camera is turned on and in range of the mobile device.
2. Ensure that your mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi of the camera, not another Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi SSID (network name) will be the serial number of your camera.

Note	The mobile device must be connected to the Wi-Fi of the camera in order to stream live or recorded video from your Axon camera.
