Unable to Pair to a New or Different Camera

Potential Causes

  • Your mobile device is paired to another camera.
  • The camera is paired to another mobile device.

Steps to Resolve

  1. Open the Axon View app and tap the lowercase “i” in the top right corner. Select Forget Current Camera. Attempt the pairing process again.
  2. Turn off the camera and take it to another room or area without any nearby mobile devices. Turn the camera back on and attempt the pairing process again.
