Evidence-Based Practices that Reach for the Moon(shot)

The most commonly used source of data related to gun-related deaths between the police and the public was created by a newspaper in order to sell papers and content. Third-party neutrality will provide evidence that will help address some of the most sensitive topics within law enforcement: resistance, use of force, and line of duty deaths. This panel discussion will focus on how and why research and data can provide evidence-based information that is critical to accomplishing the moonshot goal.
