Share transcripts

Auto-Transcripts can be shared along with evidence or case shares.

Evidence shares

When a piece of evidence containing an Auto-Transcript is shared either inside or outside your agency, the Auto-Transcript is also shared.

To manage who can access the evidence and Auto-Transcript, open the evidence details page and select either Manage Access or Manage Shares. See Evidence details page - Share for more information about evidence access control lists and sharing evidence.

Case shares

When a case containing an Auto-Transcript is shared either inside or outside your agency, you can select whether the share should include any Auto-Transcripts associated with the case evidence.

When sharing using the Share Partner Access method, if Auto-Transcripts have been generated for the shared evidence, they will be included in the share. You can select to include Transcripts when sharing using the Share a copy of case or Share a download link share options.

For more information about case sharing, see Case share overview.
