Axon Performance
Axon Performance is designed to reduce the amount of time field supervisors spend reviewing compliance with agency policies and programs. With Axon Performance, agencies streamline the supervisor review and enable supervisors to deliver tailored personnel training and feedback to ensure that teams are operating within agency guidelines and policies.

Axon Performance functionality details
- Users assigned to the pre-configured Axon Evidence Admin role do not automatically have Axon Performance permissions. If users assigned to the pre-configured Admin role need access to Axon Performance permissions, you must create a new role with the Axon Performance permissions or duplicate the existing Admin role and enable the Axon Performance permissions.
- Axon Performance policy configurations are implemented organization-wide.
- When creating or editing Groups, it will take approximately 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected in Axon Performance.
- Supervisory relationships use group nesting in the Command Hierarchy sidebar.
- Audit trails are recorded for user and evidence actions. To protect the privacy of officer performance reviews, we do not log the source of the evidence actions. Performance events are logged within Axon Performance.
- The Random Video Review workflow is based on an algorithm that selects body-worn videos randomly for review, while trying to ensure that officers are reviewed on a similar frequency and cadence.
- All Agency Groups in Axon Evidence will appear in Axon Performance.
- Only users with roles that have View Group Performance permission set to Any can access and view groups in Axon Performance that have been deleted.
- If a Group Monitor does not have Login permission to Axon Performance, even though the Group appears in Axon Performance, the Group Monitor will not have access to Axon Performance.
- Agency Call for Service types may appear in the Clearance Code dropdown and vice versa. This does not affect the implementation or exclusion rules, however, please notify your Axon representative when this occurs.
- The date and time information shown in Axon Performance is adjusted to reflect the user's time zone, which is set in their Axon Evidence profile.
