Activity logs

The following privileges related to the Activity Log tab (which appears on incident/case profiles) appear in the Activity Logs privilege category:

Add manual activities to the Activity Log tab on Records incidents Lets users add activities to the activity log. Some activities are automatically added by the system.
Delete manual activities from the Activity Log tab on Records incidents Lets users delete activities from the activity log. Only activities that were manually added can be deleted. Activities added automatically by the system can't be deleted.
View the Activity Log tab on Records incidents Lets users see the Activity Log tab.

If case tasks are enabled for your organization, activities taken on the case, reports associated with the case, and case tasks appear in the activity log.
