Report Submission Settings

You can specify for each report type whether users can submit the report with validation errors present, or if they must resolve all errors before submitting the report for review.

Change settings for a single report type

To change the submission setting for an individual report type, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Administrator Console.
  2. Select Report Submission Settings from the menu. This page displays all report types configured for your agency.

  3. Find the form name in the list.
  4. Move the toggle in the Allow Submissions with Errors column to the OFF position. The toggle appears gray when disabled.

Change settings for multiple report types

To change the submission setting for multiple report types, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Administrator Console .
  2. Select Report Submission Settings. This page displays all report types configured for your agency.
  3. Select the checkbox next to each form you wish to update.
  4. Go to Actions at the top of the page, and choose Allow Submissions with Errors to enable, or Block Submissions with Errors to disable.
