Administrator Console

The following privileges related to accessing the tools in the Administrator Console appear in the Administrator Console privilege category.

You can grant access to the Administrator Console and ALL tools it contains using the Access the Administrator Console privilege. If you grant privileges for specific tools but do not grant the Access the Administrator Console privilege, users can still access the Administrator Console but only see tools for which they have been given privileges.

Access Agency Form Builder

Lets users access Agency Form Builder to manage forms.
Access the Administrator Console

Lets users access the Administrator Console by selecting the gear icon in the left navigation menu.

Manage Report Submission Settings in the Administrator Console

Lets users access the Report Submission Settings tool to manage which reports can and cannot be submitted if they contain validation errors.

Update Agency Announcement Banner

Lets users access the Announcement Banner Update tool to change the announcements banner that appears at the top of the My Tasks inbox.

View the Audit Log tool

Lets users access the Audit Log tool and export audit logs of actions users have taken in Axon Records and Standards.

View the Command Hierarchy and Teams tool

Lets users access the Command Hierarchy and Teams tool to view the organization's Command Hierarchy and teams, as well as manage privileges.

View the Feedback Notes tool

Lets users access the Feedback Note tool to manage the types of feedback notes that appear in the Personnel module.

View the Inbox Manager

Lets users access the Inbox Manger tool.

View the Personnel data tool

Lets users access the Personnel data tool to upload data into the Personnel module.
