Axon Interview
Critical Update to Interview v4.18.4.5
Agencies currently using v4.17.x should update to v4.18.4.5 as soon as possible to maintain reliable recording and avoid potential system issues. IT administrators can perform the upgrade using the Interview Software Updater tool or by contacting Axon Support for help. This release includes two critical fixes for known issues in v4.17.x:
- Recording reliability: Resolves a problem where the client interface might show an active recording when none is taking place, which could result in lost evidence.
- Storage management: Addresses a server issue where canceled recordings were not deleted, leading to disk space errors that could take interview rooms offline.
Support details are available in the October Interview Release Notes.
