For administrators, adding users to your Axon organization is a straightforward process. You can add users individually or in bulk by importing a properly formatted spreadsheet or text file.

When new users receive an email invitation from Axon, the included link directs them to your identity provider's sign-in portal. Once signed in, they are automatically taken to the Axon sign-in system to complete their registration.

Administrators have the option to disable invitation emails when Single Sign-On is enabled. In this case, users who have been added to Axon's system can directly access Axon's system immediately after signing in through their identity provider, eliminating the need for a separate registration process.
