Training
The following privileges related to the Training module appear in the Training privilege category.
Within this category, there are "static" privileges, as well as workflow privileges. Administrators and instructors should receive ALL of the privileges in the two workflows:
- Courses
- Course Results

| Access the Courses tab in the Training Management section | Lets users view all courses in the Courses tab in the Training Management section. |
| Create courses | Lets users create courses. |
| Enroll learners in and remove learners from all courses | Lets users enroll and remove learners in ALL courses, not just courses for which they are assigned as the instructor. |
| Update courses | Lets users update courses. |
| Course Results | |
| Record scores for all courses. | Lets users update training records in ALL courses, not just courses for which they are assigned as the instructor. |
| View course results for all users | Lets users view the course results of ALL users at the organization, not just the users who belong to their teams. |
