BOLO administration

Before your organization can use BOLOs, administrators must configure the BOLO report in Form Builder, create the flag categories that appear in the BOLO report, and assign privileges to the users who will create and manage BOLOs.

Configure the BOLO report

To configure the BOLO report, first request that your Axon representative or Axon Support make the report available in your organization's environment. Once the report has been added to your environment, configure the form fields as desired using Form Builder. For full instructions, see Form Builder.

Create BOLO flags

BOLO flags are the flag categories that appear in the Flag category field when a user creates a BOLO. You can create and manage these flags from the Administrator Console.

Assign privileges

To give users access to BOLO features, assign the BOLO privileges to the appropriate Command Hierarchy groups and teams. For more information, see
