Bookings

The Bookings module, accessed by selecting the book icon in the left navigation menu, can be used by agencies that hold the inmates for less than 72 hours prior to releasing or transferring them to another long-term holding facility. Using this module, you can carry out these actions:

  • Intake: Identify the inmate, document arrest and bookings details, and associate the mugshots.
  • Hold: Make changes to the information added to the booking during intake.
  • Release: Release inmates and document all the relevant information pertaining the release including but not limited to release date, release reason and releasing officer.

You can also search for and print any bookings record.

Inmates

Users with specific privileges can access the Bookings module by selecting the book icon in the left navigation menu. The Inmates page loads, which displays a list of all inmates and the following information:

  • Inmate name, Booking ID, DOB, and sex
  • Arresting Officer
  • When the booking was created
  • The current status of the inmate

Selecting an inmate name opens their booking profile.
