Device availability
All VR headsets, Handgun VR Controllers, and TASER VR Controllers are available in every region.
App availability
- Simulator Training: Range Skills is now available in both Brazil and Spain.
- Virtual Reality-Based Training Live Action is now available in Brazil.
- MyAxon sign-in is no longer supported for Canadian agencies. Users must now sign in using their Axon Evidence credentials.

Troubleshooting
I don't see the correct regional settings applied on my device. What should I do?
If your regional settings (such as country-specific targets, voice commands, or measurement units) aren't appearing correctly, follow these steps:
- Connect the device to the internet. This allows the device to retrieve regional settings from our system.
- Launch the VR application. This prompts the system to apply the correct regional settings.
If the device still isn't displaying the correct regional settings, restart the device and relaunch the application. This can resolve settings that didn't apply correctly the first time.
