Troubleshooting

I don't see the correct regional settings applied on my device. What should I do?

If your regional settings (such as country-specific targets, voice commands, or measurement units) aren't appearing correctly, follow these steps:

  1. Connect the device to the internet. This allows the device to retrieve regional settings from our system.
  2. Launch the VR application. This prompts the system to apply the correct regional settings.

If the device still isn't displaying the correct regional settings, restart the device and relaunch the application. This can resolve settings that didn't apply correctly the first time.
