Federal agencies: VR device and app availability
Never factory reset your headset. A factory-reset headset must be returned to Axon to be reprovisioned.

Device availability
Axon VR is available to Federal agencies using a dedicated FedRAMP-compliant VR headset that supports online functionality, including over-the-air updates for new applications and enhancements.
Federal agencies can use all supported VR Controllers with Axon VR, including the TASER 7 VR Controller, TASER 10 VR Controller, Handgun VR Controllers, and Rifle VR Controller.
- Federal agencies may also use Axon VR in offline mode for supported training applications. Online functionality and availability may vary based on FedRAMP scope and release timing.

Not all scenarios are available to Federal agencies. The following scenarios are currently available for each app.

Troubleshooting
Headset doesn't receive updates when online
If the headset is online and doesn't update, contact your Axon representative for assistance.
Unsupported apps appear on the headset
If an application that is not currently available to Federal agencies (such as TASER Arena and Verbal Skills Training) appears on your headset, contact your Axon representative and provide the headset serial number.
