TASER

Automated email notifications for TASER 10 firmware updates

Automated email notifications in the TASER Program Dashboard now cover firmware updates as well as docking reminders. Assignees of TASER 10 energy weapons are emailed if a device's firmware hasn't been updated within 14 days of a release, with reminders every 7 days. Enable either reminder on the TASER Program Dashboard Settings page.

Resolved issues

  • Fixed an issue that caused some TASER 10 devices to display false high voltage module self-test critical error notifications in Axon Evidence when no corresponding error appeared on the handle CID. False-positive notifications have been removed. Going forward, high voltage module critical errors shown in Axon Evidence indicate a confirmed hardware failure and should follow the standard Axon RMA process.
  • Fixed an issue where older X26P evidence logs were not displaying or downloading correctly due to how historical log data was stored. These logs are now available to view and download as expected.
  • Fixed an issue in Axon Evidence where related TASER weapon information on videos displayed the correct device serial number but incorrectly showed the TASER device as Unassigned. The correct assignment status and assigned user are now displayed.
