TASER 10 Probe Connection Summary

TASER 10 deployment log PDFs will include a Probe Connection Summary that shows each deployed cartridge’s connection status (Connected or Not Connected), and its connected duration. This gives officers and supervisors a clearer view of probe connection outcomes without requiring them to interpret the detailed Energize Timeline.

TASER Weapons Health Digest

Administrators and armorers will be able to receive periodic email summaries identifying TASER weapons that may require attention, including overdue docking, firmware updates, or function tests. The email links to the TASER Program Dashboard, where they can review the relevant device and officer information. Administrators turn this feature on or off for the agency from the TASER Program Dashboard, and individual recipients can opt out of the emails under My Notifications in their profile settings.

TREND in Axon Evidence

TREND dashboards are moving from Axon Standards into the TASER page in Axon Evidence, giving TASER program managers, administrators, and trainers one place to manage their TASER program. The Axon Evidence experience includes updated visuals, interactive graphs, and new capabilities such as the TREND TASER 10 Quarterly Report. Several reports are available now, with the remaining reports migrating by the end of 2026, while the existing Axon Standards experience remains available until then.

TREND TASER 10 Quarterly Report

TREND-entitled agencies with TASER 10 using TREND in Axon Evidence can download a quarterly PDF report generated from TASER 10 device logs, providing agency-specific insights into TASER energy weapon usage, inventory readiness, and program health. The report summarizes the previous quarter, includes quarter-over-quarter comparisons for applicable metrics, and shows up to five quarters of historical data. Regularly docking TASER 10 helps ensure the report contains the most complete data for TASER program management.

Resolved issues

  • Fixed an issue where the Alert panel count could be out of sync with the TASER Program Dashboard metrics count for interposer bucket replacements.
  • Fixed an issue where some TASER batteries caused repeated TASER Dock restarts and interrupted communication with other docked batteries.
  • Fixed an issue where Evidence Sync incorrectly required users to have both the "TASER Weapon Logs Administration (manage TASER Weapon logs)" and "Device Administration (register, reassign, and manage non-TASER Weapon devices)" permissions to download TASER X2 logs. Users now only need the "TASER Weapon Logs Administration" permission to view and download X2 logs.
