Workflows

The Quality Control - Inventory feature requires workflow privileges in addition to the static privileges listed above. Once created, an inventory session moves through the following workflow: In Progress → Finalized. Each state is associated with multiple privileges, which give you granular control over which users can take actions on a session, based on its current state.

The privileges for the Property Inventory Session workflow appear at the end of the Property category. Each workflow has its own subcategory, and within that subcategory, privileges are sorted by state.
The screenshot shows the Property category with various privileges such as Property - authorized disposition, Access, Authorized Disposition, Profiles, and Quality Control. The Workflow - Property Inventory Session privilege is highlighted in yellow, showing 8 of 8 privileges allowed. Within this, subcategories include Finalized State with 2 of 2 privileges allowed and In Progress State with 6 of 6 privileges allowed, each with their own Allow All and Prohibit All options.

The states are listed alphabetically, not by the order in which they appear in the workflow (e.g., Finalized, which is the second state, appears before In Progress). The hover tooltip for the In Progress State - Create tasks privilege provides additional details about the workflow as a whole, and not just the Create tasks privilege.
The image displays the Workflow - Property Inventory Session subcategory. Under In Progress State, a privilege for Create tasks includes a tooltip that explains how tasks move through the workflow.

The table below explains how each workflow privilege works.
