Axon has also been named a 2023 Arizona Most Admired Companies winner by BestCompaniesAZ and AZ Business magazine. Our mission is to Protect Life, and it permeates everything we do. At Axon, employees work to solve societal issues and are a part of something that is truly life changing. With our moonshot goal to cut gun-related deaths between police and the public by 50% in 10 years, our employees will not only save lives, but they will also have an opportunity to change the fabric and the culture of our country and beyond. Providing our employees the tools and resources to allow them to thrive throughout isn’t optional, it is mission critical.
Axon’s Transparency with Employees
Our employees tell us how they value our leadership’s transparency, and our executives value employee’s candor with them. Our President holds quarterly AMAs that allow every person in the company to anonymously submit questions and vote on questions to be answered. These AMAs last 2-3 hours and cover every type of question no matter how big or small. This gives employees the opportunity to give direct feedback to leadership and Axon an opportunity to be fully transparent in everything we do.
