Axon National Healthcare Security Initiative

The Axon NHSI provides our healthcare partners with critical security technology

The 2023 Axon NHSI provides our healthcare partners with technology to mitigate workplace violence. After dedicated support to healthcare environments in 2022, Axon is launching the 2023 National Healthcare Security Initiative. This initiative will establish an additional $20M fund, growing the two-year total fund to $40M, to provide hospital security officers with the necessary deterrence and de-escalation technology to create safer hospital environments. With this initiative, U.S. hospital security teams will be eligible to receive a complimentary Axon Body 3 or up to a $500 credit on TASER devices per officer when purchasing an Axon Healthcare Security bundle. This initiative also offers a free 60-day trial of Axon’s ecosystem of advanced technology.

Workplace violence rates are reaching epidemic levels within Healthcare. Nurses are the most at-risk workers being nine times more likely to experience a verbal or physical assault than any other industry. The Enterprise Team at Axon is committed to mitigating workplace violence to ensure that all care providers, patients, and guests in healthcare environments are safe.
